BUF Personal Training is a private studio at 347 W 36th St, Suite 1002-1004 — about a 7-minute walk east of Hudson Yards proper, where Manhattan West meets Hell's Kitchen.
It's an easy trip from the residential towers and the surrounding offices: the 7 train at 34th St–Hudson Yards, or the A, C, E and 1, 2, 3 at 34th St–Penn Station. Come before work, on a break, or on your way home.
