BUF Personal Training is a private studio at 347 W 36th St, Suite 1002-1004, just north of Chelsea where it meets Midtown West and the Garment District.
From North Chelsea it's a 12–15 minute walk. From the 14th–23rd St stretch, the A, C, E is a single stop to 34th St–Penn Station, then a short walk; from East Chelsea the F and 1 lines are close by. The single biggest predictor of sticking with training is how easy it is to get to — and for most of Chelsea, we're an easy trip.
