BUF Personal Training is a private studio at 347 W 36th St, Suite 1002-1004, right where Hell's Kitchen meets the Garment District and Midtown West. If you live or work between 34th and 59th, we're a short walk away.
We're minutes from Penn Station and Hudson Yards, with easy access from the A, C, E and 1, 2, 3 lines at 34th St, plus the B, D, F, M and N, Q, R, W nearby. Come straight from the office, on your lunch break, or before the commute home.
